Suggestion: Increase the rarity cap on vending machines in Subeta and add more retired items to their pools.

Reason: The supply of wizard tokens has gone up this year, because users can now collect them via both Legacy quests and Kumos quests. Conversely, the demand for wizard tokens has gone down, because opportunities to spend tokens has decreased. No new items were added to Blackheart Hollow in 2025, and only five new items were released via the Token Shop this year.

I understand that the availabilty of artists to create new items is limited. This suggestion would increase the demand for wizard tokens without the need for creating new artwork.
