Hi! Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I just bought some ornaments today to spruce up my tree on the Kumos site, and added them into my ornament inventory. However, they aren't showing as added into my inventory that I can pull from to decorate my tree, though they are showing in my collection (not the spot next to the tree). I'm probably being really stupid and missing a step to make them show up. This is only my second Christmas season here, so help would be appreciated!

Yeah I've done it and it says I still have only "29 ornaments" (my count before the new items were added) It's so weird.

This is happening to me as well!! I added like 20 ornaments, but when refreshing, NONE show up in my inventory...only the ones from last year :(

Well I will boost this so it gets more attention! I think staff had to fix mine to show up! (which thank you staff!) because I kept trying to refresh my inventory in both places and nothing!

There's some fairly substantial lag between when you add ornaments and when they actually appear. For me, it's taken a few hours for them to appear in my inventory, but they do eventually show up. That's with refreshing on Kumos, too. It's annoying, but they'll show up in there!

i'm having the exact same issue. I had none on my tree , added about 5 to my ornament inventory, clicked refresh and none are showing? they show in my actual inventory still, just not my ornament inventory
