Exactly what it says on the tin. When you go to the page listing all the ornaments that shows you what's in your collection, I don't see anything major missing.
But the little menu on the side showing ornaments to put on my actual tree does not have several of the ornaments I use every year (most notably the Colorful Tree Topper).
I've never made a list of every ornament that I own, so I don't actually know how many are missing. I just know that I can't decorate my tree. I don't suppose I can go and do it on the old site where I actually know how to do it, can I? I don't play on mobile because I have thousands of items in my wardrobe, over 2000 CWs alone, so I never had a problem with it the old tree decoration page.

Windows 10, not upgraded to 11, not going to. Currently in Chrome, I'll try again in Firefox. I let them update when they want to so I'm sure it's the latest version.

I'm having the same issue using Safari on Mac OS 15. Fortunately I had pretty much decorated my tree, but I wanted to tweak it. I added a bunch, but now they aren't in the list. Only the ornaments that were there before show up.
I have this same problem, I started to decorate my tree yesterday and wanted to continue today. I specifically bought some ornaments to add, but I can't access them on the tree builder after adding them to my ornament inventory. On top of that, the link to add ornaments on Kumos doesn't seem to work, it just takes you to the legacy news page in legacy frame mode.
I added the ornaments through legacy and they are listed in the ornament inventory, but won't show on the builder. I thought Id try to log out to see if that would reload the inventory, but the log out link on kumos takes me to 404 Not Found - error page (funny considering yesterday kumos logged me out on it's own every few minutes lol)
On windows 11, using Brave
Out of curiosity, I logged in on Chrome. The ornaments I added earlier now show up, but any new ones I try to add won't show. The log out link gives the same error on chrome
Thank you everyone! I think we're running into some caching issues from the legacy site <> Kumos. Both have their own caching system,s and when you add something to your inventory on Legacy there are a few ways we tell the new site to update it's cache, but it's a pretty brittle system.
I'm going to try to tackle this today!
