The earrings should definitely go under the hair. And you need eyebrows :P I'd maybe try a different eye as these ones seem over exaggerated and too cutesy. I also think excessively high heeled stiletto's would possibly fit more. I think knee high boots aren't so much a wardrobe staple because of her height.
