In the wardrobe it shows these items and says they are applied, but on site they aren't showing up. :( I had some ornaments and lights in the top right and a reindeer in the bottom left that aren't showing.

And they're items you own? If so it may take time since they did just release Lumi so it wouldn't be surprising things are on cache. If they don't show up after confirming you item them and a day passes try again. If still no result bring it to a ticket.
