Was I living under a rock when this happened? I cannot figure out how to change my pw. I click on the link the page provides, but it just takes me to the kumos site's news page. I go to dashboard on the kumos site and there's no way to update your pw. I'm trying to close my acct but I forgot my pw! help needed, thanks.

You have to file a ticket if you want to close your account.
