So, I'm a returning player and I had, long ago, a decent amount of sP in my shop till. I don't remember how much. All those years ago, I had emptied my till not knowing about the 'shop till' achievement. I now have saved about 97 mill in my shop till, but the lifetime sP shows only about 95 mill. I'm confused. What's the difference? Shouldn't the lifetime sp earned be more or equal (if it hadn't been removed?) to the amount in the till? How do I go about earning my lifetime sp earned achievement? The regular shop till achievement does increase when I go to my profits page.

Hey, welcome back! Hmm, that sounds strange indeed. I assume you talk about these two achievements:

• Making a living: Have a shop that has made a total of more than 1,000,000sP! (and goes to 1 bil)
• Shop Till Saver: Have sP in one shop till at one time! (and goes to 250m)

The first one should indeed be overall profits. It might need to be activated by going to a certain page. Like have you looked on the overall "your shops" page, the sales profit page, the view shop page (just guessing here). The second one should be specifically about the "profits" part of your shop, so that can't be emptied till you get your next (or the last) tier.

You're quite close to the 100m mark, that should activate the next tier in both of the achievements. Perhaps wait till that happens, and if one or both shouldn't work, maybe send in a ticket for the admins to check why it didn't activate?

Thank you! Yes, I am talking about those two. And yeah, they are up to 97 mill (lifetime) and 99 mill now. I tried all the links at the top of the shop like you mentioned. Doesn’t seem to make a difference. I have anxiety so I’ve always felt nervous bothering the staff with tickets, but I guess this is a curious enough reason do so. I might just end up (eventually) getting them one after another.

Oh, definitely don't be nervous about tickets. I've only had super good experiences with staff handling them, they're really very friendly and helpful. Just wait and see about the 100m tier, then you can give detailed information which one (or both) don't work properly.

- Welcome back! I was curious about my own shops and saw that my main shop had a difference of 500k between the lifetime sP and the shop till sP. When I went into the shop, I clicked on "Profits" and got the following:

Unlocked Shop Till Saver! Have sP in one shop till at one time!

What's actually funny is that my other 3 shops had sP in them when I clicked that link:)

Yeah, I think it will work for only one shop with the highest sp in the till, at least that's what I thought.

I know, the staff is cool. They had replied to a serious ticket of mine way back when. I just get anxious. (case in point, my late reply to this!) But yeah, I think I'll do that.
