I think the Pumpkin All Legs minion came out last year (?), and the new items are just goofing on it, possibly because the artist just finds the minion amusing. A few years ago a series of candy critters came out (Bubblegum Brat, Candy Corn Scamp, etc), and the following year items related to those minions were released in a similar fashion to the All Legs stuff. It's like a throwback lol
