Are we supposed to be using one version over the other? So far, I find myself using Legacy because I like the layout and hover options. I only use Kumos to see the contests on the news page. Is the Legacy subeta going away entirely? What wardrobe are we supposed to be using? I am still using Legacy.

Welcome back! There are plans to move Subeta over to Kumos completely, for security reasons. Kumos isn't fully fleshed out yet, so it's missing a lot of functions.

The wardrobe is entirely on Kumos already. Here's a small and quick list of things you can check out on Kumos right now: Kumos' Main Shops - No cooldown for the first 200 items you buy. Not all the shops are stocked yet, however. Kumos quests - Free daily 7 CSC if you do all the required number of quests. Kumos Pumpkin Patch - More items for Morostide. Kumos Fishing - A better version of Legacy's fishing game. Kumos Auctions Kumos Cash Shop Kumos HA Contests

And OFC you can still use Legacy in addition to the Kumos stuff. Use both for what you need!
