so I bought this from the Millionaire shop on the legacy site. I have it locked in my inventory and get the perks of it. I don't believe I am getting the perks on Kumos side. I did notice that Kumos inventory says "use item" whereas Legacy doesn't... so my question is, if I use it on Kumos side to get a discount, will it disappear from my Legacy side and no longer give me discounts there?

@ Alexandrite Yes, if you use it on the Kumos site, you will lose it on the legacy site. It will also no longer be an item that you can sell/trade. In addition, the Kumos shop prices are higher than Legacy shop prices, so you aren't getting the same discount on Kumos.

so do you recommend using it for the Kumos site or Legacy? I guess that's where I'm at right now. I do both sets of quests most days on both sides, just curious which one I will save more form by having it activated. I think I've already saved around 20mil in the time I've had it for the past year or so. it does feel like I am beginning to shop more on Kumos than Legacy as Legacy shops have been woefully empty lately.

That is entirely up to you. There are users who have 'used' their card on Kumos. It has been discussed in this post. I have decided to wait until Kumos is finished, as it's still a work in progress and I don't feel comfortable making that permanent change yet. You may benefit from using it now since you're using Kumos more than Legacy.
