Agreeing with those who have stopped trying. I would also like to be able to turn off the banner -- not only do I know he's going to be out of stock by the time I get to it, but I don't really have the CSC to spend anyway. Alternatively, it would be nice if the banner just automatically went away once he ran out of stock.

There is a suggestion thread requesting a way to turn off the notification. If any of you wanted to add your perspective.
