I would like to remind you to keep to the rules about the amount (and kind) of threads you may make. Each user is allowed:
- One private shop where they sell solo.
- One joint/collaboration shop where they sell CWs with at least one other user (and up to however many) together.
- Each thread must be selling different items. You cannot list the same items in both threads.
-One Custom Clothing Commission thread -One discussion thread
You have: THIS thread asking a question (I consider this is a form of discussion). THIS, THIS, and this current thread all advertising your items. I have locked the other two advertising threads. You may continue using this thread to advertise your items or you may wait until it reaches the second page AND have it locked before you can create a new one. This applies to all forms of threads, unless it reaches the 5,000 post limit and auto-locks.

How do I make it an announcement/event to show on the right side, like other CW pings?
All you need to do for that is to ping the CW group, which you did in the first post (to ping for another announcement, you have to remove the old ping, save the post, and then put it back in; this is done so people don't accidentally ping and spam every time they edit their post). You can also navigate over to the followers page for your personal CW shop (automatically made when you create a CW). In there you can write a message that will be sent out to anyone following your page.
