Hard to believe that it is October already, the days go so quickly, it’s hard to keep up! I’m excited for the cooler weather to be here, we are still having temps in the high 80’s
We don’t get trick or treaters out in our rural area, we donate candy to the fire station to give out to the kids.

Our weather is in the '80s also. Starting Thursday, we will finally be getting our '60s weather. I can't wait. I can turn off my air conditioning and open the windows to get cool air in.
I always have so much Halloween candy left over after all the witches, ghosts and goblins stop by my house. I always give candy out to my friends to get rid of it so I don't eat it. Lol!

I’m trying to not use the air conditioner. Most days, it’s not too bad inside with all the doors and windows open, thankfully!! It’s probably because it does get cold at night here in the desert, that helps to keep the house comfortable during the day. I buy extra candy to give the adult neighbors a little treat bag. I won’t lie, I make myself one too! lol I have a sweet tooth… need to cut down according to my last Dr visit. 😳
