Since the Staff already is overworked. why not invite the talented CW artists to create a new SubQ collection once in a while? They could receive a commission from every sale of an item, and the users would be able to purchase amazing pretties more often.
... I'm not 100% sure but I thought the Subeta official artists were paid to begin with. I'd always assumed so and if they aren't, I'd seriously question why.

yeah, don't think that would be feasible, plus has made it clear that he doesnt want to hire on volunteers which is fair. subeta/kumos is a US based site, and to get commission you'd need to be a US citizen, which would ostracize a good bit of the populace if we take this hypothetically. there is also specific artists for specific subq sets, so it'd feel pretty strange to have a user based line when other sets are consistent with known site artists.
also, not to mention the potential problems that picking select users would be. logistically it would not be worth it, especially since staff is working on kumos right now. probably best to leave cw artists to cws, unless the site specifically asks for new artist hires.
I think there's a simpler solution for more subQ collections and that's recolors of existing subQ lines. I feel like recoloring a line would be easier than a new line. New wears, more reasons to use the eternally recently undervalued subQ invites. Maybe people don't want recolors, but I'd love to have them. Doesn't have to be multiple recolors for one line. Even just one recolor for a line already doubles that line's wears.
