I'm a returning user (I'm NOT double accounting, I think my original account was wiped) and I'm trying to get my partner into the game, but I'm starting to become frustrated. We're having a ridiculous time navigating most of the website, even with two computers between us and four different web browsers. Currently, neither of us can edit our human avatars at all, they simply don't update on the website. I found the mega thread for HA bugs but it said not to post about this specific bug, and then offered no solution. Is there any solution at all for this besides waiting, is this a site wide problem, should I submit a ticket? Very disappointed and stressed out by the state of things.

hi! welcome back! did this resolve for you? if not, here's a couple things to note/try first: -sometimes the cache takes a while to update esp when it comes to the wardrobe -if you're looking around in the "all items" section of the wardrobe, in order to wear it on site you need to own all the items on the list!

if it's not either of these things, definitely file a ticket! staff is very good about looking into things via tickets. may take a little bit before you get a response, but you will get one!

Since you are a returning player with a broken avatar/wardrobe issue, you should ping on the Megathread Unfortunately, these need to be fixed manually for now - but the good news is that it's a very quick fix for most!
