Whenever I attempt to enter a HA in one of the contests, the base skin color never appears. Both when choosing the HA and after it's submitted. It only loads the one same color on all my HAs. Which kind of messes up a lot of my outfits.

The base color loads everywhere else. When I'm actually in my wardrobe, the display on the side bar, the skin tones, all of those show it accurately. It's only in the competition that it does this.

I'm also experiencing this, a hard refresh and cache clear did nothing. The issue applies to Skins as well.

I'm also seeing outfits repeating (same outfit loading under multiple outfit names, incorrectly) and salon hair not showing up.

There's definitely a lot of recurring issues with the kumos site wardrobe currently :(
