While copyright of artwork belongs to me, comissioner retains ownership of the original character. In case of fanart neither I nor the client claim ownership of the character.
You agree not to use my artwork with any AI or NFTs. I reserve rights to post resulting commission unless requested not to. Commercial use only permitted with payment of commercial fees.
REVISIONS
Currently unlimited revisions are provided.
TURNAROUND TIME
Depends on complexity and other conditions, but maximum is 1 month, If you have urgency please inform me, we can agree on a deadline.
REFUNDS
I can refund half of your payment, only valid before I add color.

Okay and thank you for the info! I apologize but I need to ask about deadline before accepting though, when do you need it to be done? Because my display tablet isn't working right now (had an accident x_x ) but I'm getting a replacement part that is expected to arrive either on friday or monday. I would start as soon as I get it of course. However I can also work on ipad/procreate which I also use sometimes, so I can do the commission, but I'm more efficient in SAI/desktop setup (I'm so sorry if that is confusing but I thought I should inform you). Just depends on when you need it for.

I don't have deadline, art take time and life happen, I use to do commission on instagram and commission people on instagram as well and waiting month before getting the art I pay for. I don't like rushing people, I may ask for an update after a month without news but beside that, no deadline. and I know everything you where talking about, I use a ibis paint on my phone and on my laptop ( when I use to have a tablet) Photoshop and/Sai and clip studio pain
