Hello, I've looked everywhere to see if anyone has mentioned this yet, and didn't see it.

When viewing the "My Outfits" page on Kumos and when outfits have been entered into a contest, they automatically switch bases from the saved base to base 1, making it so that every single one is the lightest skin option.

Frankly, the implications are very uncomfortable. I understand that it's simply a bug, no bad vibes intended, but personally it makes me feel like not entering contests because the skin color is going to be changed and not be accurate to the HA I spent lots of time working on. And because discussing skintone is potentially sensitive to some users, I worry others may not be comfortable calling this out or participating in contests at all for the time being.

Again, I don't mean to be harsh about something that's just a glitch. I'm really sorry if this comes across as inflammatory. I just would like to see this fixed ASAP.

I second this! The contests I've entered are currently not displaying the HA that I originally saved. It made the skin paler, and gave it googly eyes 👀. Also, my wardrobe has 4 versions of some saved outfits, causing the duplicates to override others that are not there anymore. Very frustrating!

I tried using a 'skin' in one off the contests and it didn't show up on the pre- entry view so I had to start from the beginning :(

Ditto on the skin! In an earlier contest, I used V4 skin and V4 modified hands. It came out on kumos with pale skin on the head and darker hands. :/

[edit] Also just noticed that next to the pale skin, the nose also disappears everywhere on Kumos. I couldn't figure out why my contest entries looked different, but all the noses are gone too...

Yes! I let my granddaughter create an avatar, and she kept getting frustrated because it won't save in her skin color. She thinks the site is being racist. Lbs. Plus, the skins aren't saving either, and a lot of my past creations have been overridden by copies of newer ones. Also, if I use a previous avatar to modify, it deletes the one I modified instead of saving the new one also.

Avatars are being added to the wrong contests, and the eyes (on mine) keep defaulting to the yellow anime eyes.. even if I clear "eyes" from the menu, or use makeup to cover them. It's really hard to cover those big eyes lol.

Edit: I'm also having an issue where the base is changing from the female base with the bust to the male chest once viewing the outfit on Kumos

All the issues above plus I'm not allowed to edit my HA on Kumos, I get this:

I had to alter my HA to adapt to Kumos instead of the opposite. Makes it absolutely not fun and frustrating to submit to any contest. Please, please fix.

I normally only use items for eyes and mouth, so I just only noticed it now where base eyes and mouth were needed for a HA contest on Kumos, and those also change to different ones than I used (and saved in an outfit) on Subeta. Everyone that used base eyes and mouth has the same ones appearing on Kumos (little smiling mouth and big yellow eyes).

Any news on fixes on ... well, everything?

Like everyone else I'm having the same issue. I made a male HA for the pirates contest and on Kumos he has boobs T_T I used specific mouth/eyes/nose for a different contest and again Kumos outfit defaults to same eyes/mouth as everyone else. All entries to contests are the palest base unless using items to hide it...

I really think this is a serious issue as people can't represent their skin tones or correct genders now in contests : (

Also working really hard to put together an outfit for a contest only for it to appear differently on Kumos sucks.

There are also the issues with outfits repeating over other saved outfits (visual glitch), affecting people who enter into contests and have their outfit wiped to be something else from their wardrobe, and contents settings being locked to default options.

The contests are the biggest draw to the new site for me and can be so much fun, but they are really having some teething issues and it seems they aren't even being looked at...

Whenever I attempt to enter a HA in one of the contests, the base skin color never appears. Both when choosing the HA and after it's submitted. It only loads the one same color on all my HAs. Which kind of messes up a lot of my outfits.

The base color loads everywhere else. When I'm actually in my wardrobe, the display on the side bar, the skin tones, all of those show it accurately. It's only in the competition that it does this.

I'm also experiencing this, with both base colors and skins. It also applies to salon hair; any avatar with hair from the salon is bald.

I'm also seeing outfits repeating (same outfit loading under multiple outfit names, incorrectly.

Agree that this has pretty troubling implications, even though it's a glitch. I am always using the full range of skin tones and skins, and have only used base 1 a few times. This nerfed nearly every single avatar I've made.

this issue is still ongoing a month later. would be nice to be able to participate in contests again but it's impossible to make a correct entry if the site won't save/display the HA that i actually made.

[edit] also it's impossible to enter an outfit into any contest except the weekly official subeta contest, as that's the only one that shows up as an option when choosing "enter in contest." the only way to enter any other contest right now is to re-save the outfit and then immediately enter it before the site has fully processed the newly-saved version (no preview image, no item list, no value listed). this is extra annoying because if a contest has a MINIMUM value, the unprocessed HA can't be entered, because it has a value of 0, which is below the minimum. so you just can't enter at all.

Most disappointing contest ever, due to all the faults, bugs, issues and whatnots. I wish to say this was the last disappointment, but I am afraid and sure is not. Pity.
