I just finished the 2010 bobblehead collection. The claim prize button just takes me to a blank "Cash Shop - Bobbleheads" page. Did I just waste the bobblehead because of some change I missed?

It's a bug that exists for about 3 years already. I don't see them fixing it any time soon (ever), but you can make a ticket for staff to give you the prizes. See also here: 2010 Bobblehead Collection - Collect Prize - Broken

Please file a ticket if you completed the 2010 or 2012 collections but did not receive your prize. Each user can only receive the prize once, so if you completed the collection recently, a staff member can verify this and get you your prizes.
