When I click on the 'Create Contest' button, I am brought to a page with the following message:

Oops! Something went wrong We've encountered an unexpected error while processing your request. This could be because of an error on this page, or something broader. This is our generic "we don't have a more specific error to show you" page. It could really be anything, so please let us know in the forums.

Still broken today.

BTW I never know where to report bugs about HA contests. Feedback in the announcements forum still it's still semi in testing? Wardrobe bugs? Site functionality errors?
