Not sure if it’s a coincidence, but I had to clear cookies in Chrome on my PC. I was logged out of Subeta and since then I cannot log back in using Chrome or Firefox on my PC. I can only use Subeta on my iPad now. When I tried logging in on the PC, it asked for an email address but my login is not an email. I attempted to use my email with my current pw to see if that would work, but I got a 403 Forbidden error. I emailed support but haven’t heard back yet. Anyone have any insights?? TIA.

I tried both Chrome and Firefox and all is well now.

OMG I did the same thing. Had to clear my cache and then couldn't log back in , I was literally in tears . All I could think of was 18 years down the drain. This morning I cleared my cache again and rebooted my computer and I was finally able to log in.

It did work this morning, ty
