My shop discount isn't currently working in the shops. Shows as active on Kumos but does not show as active when shopping.

Have you tried making a purchase in the Kumos shops to see if it works there? It's my understanding that once you turn in the discount card on the Kumos site, you lose the buff on the main site.

I hadn't tried, but it is back on the main site as well now! So I guess this is sorted

I have a 30% discount card on the main site, but it doesn't show up in that box you have under "Main Site" above. The only card that shows up there is the 15% discount card you get randomly while restocking in the main shops. Maybe that's the buff that just showed up for you? If you hover over that pink icon, it should say "15% off in the NPC Shops!" That is separate from the discount card that you own. If you turned your card into Kumos, then that discount will not be applied to the main site any longer, from what was previously posted by .
