I successfully made my baby pet's weapons and scroll sets the default sets and did her easy and medium battles. I then made my main weapons and scroll sets the default but when I carried on with battle quests only the default weapon set shows up and the scroll section is blank. I tried doing an ordinary battle and selected weapons and the scroll set shows up for that and also as the default set when I just use the default setting.

How do I make my main scroll set show up when I switch scroll sets in the middle of battle quests?

Instead of clicking the "Challenge Name" button, click the picture of the challenger. Then choose the pet with more AP that you want to fight with.

The button auto selects your active pet, and if that pet has lower AP it still based the AP off that pet, even if you click another pet on the challenger screen. Clicking the challenger picture doesn't select any pet so what you click is what AP it will go with.
