I just made an outfit with mostly things I already had in my wardrobe, but I had to buy the hair, earrings, and shoes. It didn't look like there was any issue adding these new things to my wardrobe, and they show up fine in the wardrobe itself - when I sort by "Newest in Wardrobe" they're right at the front. But when I try to wear the outfit, it doesn't apply those three things to my avatar, so I end up wearing only the things I already owned.

I saved the outfit and it displays correctly there, but trying to wear it from the outfits page doesn't work either - it still skips my newly purchased items. My first guess is that it's just some kind of cache thing, but so far waiting ~15 minutes hasn't worked.

Same problem here since yesterday. Bought new items and they don't show up on my HA. When i go to wardrobe they show up on my HA but back to the site they don't.

Update to say that the outfit works now, the next day - so it is just a delay rather than a complete lack of processing. But the issue is still going, because after updating it I tried to swap in a new mouth and hit the same problem.

Same thing happening here, I just bought

and made an HA with it. When my HA refreshed it was the new HA without the new item, the halo. When I went back to my wardrobe, the item had been removed from the list of items on the HA, as if it had never been added. I repeated this process several times and got the same results.

I had the exact same problem- I ended up filing a ticket and the team said to take everything off, start over and give it a minute to let it save. It took me a try or two but eventually it does show up! If you are still having the problem, try opening a ticket 🙏🏼 the staff was super helpful and patient

I have the same problem. I purchased 2 new cws which I tried to wear on my avatar and in the wardrobe it looks completely fine, but when i leave the wardrobe and view my avatar on the left side - the items don't show up, they seem to "disappear" from my avatar. :(

Same issue for me. Got two great items for my birthday, put them into the wardrobe without any issues. Made a HA with it but those two items just don't show on my avatar :/

Currently having this issue, as you can see. I'm not actually naked. I got two custom wearables on, but it's only showing my background items plus the head pieces to the outfit.

Same problem here. Everything shows on HA in the wardrobe but not on the site. And it's been going on for a few days.

Having this issue still, unfortunately the re-doing it technique isn't work for me I did buy one of the items after opening that tab, but the other one was added to my wardrobe prior to me opening that tab

Currently having this issue with my newly purchased . The re-doing it technique and clearing cache didn't work. :( It does show on my profile that I'm wearing it, yet the item itself isn't showing on the HA.

hi, i'm having this problem too and it's really frustrating. it's all stuff i bought from the neugarten shops so naturally it's disappointing to spend all that sp and the items don't even show up :/ as of this moment only the items i already had load, and i've cleared and redone it 3 times to no avail.

I'm surprised/disappointed that this still hasn't been addressed in a meaningful way. I purchased $30 of csc and bought several new CWs and was excited to get back into dressing my avatar just to find that items are disappearing/not showing up even after a full day and jumping through the hoops suggested.

same here. my HA is basically naked because the dress that I just bought keeps being removed...

ETA: on a desktop computer I just keep hitting Ctrl F5 until it refreshed properly...

tysm for posting and then updating with your solution! i had the exact same issue and couldn't figure out what to do, but i followed what you said about taking everything off and starting over and then everything worked! sucked to do though when i have like 20 items on, but i'm just happy there was a posted fix for this
