having to click that lil checkmark over and over again gets tiring, but i don't necessarily want to leave the page i'm already on just to go to the events page and mark them all as read there. it's not a HUGE deal but it would just be a nice little quality of life thing. also the fact that you can only see like 5 events at a time in the sidebar is a little annoying; i know on the legacy site the list can get stupid long which is maybe overwhelming, but maybe there could be some middle ground? it feels silly having all this vertical space on my sidebar but only a fraction of it being used at a time.
Support - thanks to Masquerade, I've racked up a LOT of events and don't even want to spend time clearing them because it's such a pain in the butt and wastes a lot of time.
this exists already, just not on the sidebar itself. At the bottom of the events tab you can click to see all events where you can mark all as read or delete them all. I'd support having a way on the sidebar to minimize window/tab changes though.
i'm aware, i already mentioned that in my post:
oops, my vision clearly line-jumped while reading. Sorry about that. Again, fully support putting the ability in the sidebar itself.
Thank you, that's helpful to know! I do agree it'd be best if it was consistent with how events work on the main site, where there's already a "remove all" button for events of certain types. It's just what I'm used to (which is likely true for other users).
Support!
