Steamworks Border & Book Title Not Awarding

I'm... pretty sure I'm in the right spot? Neither of these count as "refunds" or anything so I'm pretty sure I should be here.
Steamworks Avatar Border: I have completed the achievement; "Dancing Steamwork Style | You danced so well with your mystery dancer, you got an achievement! | Cosmetic: Steamwork Masquerade". However it hasn't awarded me the border. I've tried visiting the dashboard, clicking the star on the achievement page, etc. Also the Kumos site. It all has it greyed out.
Book Title: I finished the bookworm achievement; "Book Worm | Have a pet who has read # different books. | (2,750) Cosmetic: Reading Rainbow Book Worm". It also hasn't awarded me my title. I have my decimal system title from 2500 books, but not the Reading Rainbow one from 2750.

For the book title, go to your pet's page, then click books read for the pet who earned the achievement. If going to the books read page doesn't trigger the achievement/title, please file a ticket with the name of the pet, and a staff member can take a look.
