I recently got the achievement candy hearts and I remember a news post about earning the avatar border for it. I didn't get the border as part of earning the achievement. Was it a limited prize and I cant earn it anymore or will it take a little bit before it shows up in my account?

if it's not showing up under the "your unlocked borders" section on the avatar borders page, then it might be bugged. unlockable borders have been known to continue showing as locked even after being earned sometimes, in which case you might be able to file a ticket to have it manually enabled.

as Frenchi said all borders are not working properly, you can post in this thread and staff will give you the border manually

Oop, thank you I didn't know there was a thread for unlocking the borders manually. I went ahead and posted in that thread.
