rules now pull from a single db source instead of being hardcoded in help + board. finally.

- quit = quit now 😭 actually exits to quit screen
- collections fixed! tiles now add properly

- postcards are BACK
- stripped styling from widget headers (rip dropshadows)
- tightened sidebar/navbar spacing
quests
- admin panel rebuilt from scratch—editing is now tolerable
- made a tool to migrate items from old quest shops to npc shops, no more hand-cranking 😰

- rewrote inventory/shop data pull—less frequent + less chaos
💸 weekend quests
- running fridays like legacy site, but still independent for now (so: different quests possible)
quest completion
- now shows item/prize bonus sources
misc
- internal test framework now runs every deploy + pings me if stuff breaks
- avatar system backend built—moving over image script should be 🤞 easy
