The GA Topic doesn't load for me, spins forever. Yet I guess it would not cover my question anyway.
I'd just received my event of my subscription renewing, listing all my perks. Inclusive of saying, I'd earned 2 stamps for my Card. I'm still pretty hopeless at understanding the card, respectively forget from one month to the next, how the stamps look like filled or not etc., I admit.
So I lost another 20 minutes again with aimlessly searching high and low for answers to my card, opening it in a new window, to see the stamps on the enlarged picture, thinking a new one had been released now after the news with the payment failure. Then it finally dawned upon me, that actually there still is no new card out and I couldn't distinguish filled from empty spots, because all are filled.
So, does my credit carry over to the next card, or is it all lost?
If you maxed out both cards, you don't receive any stamps. If you have not, go to cash shop and click on reward card. It will show you current status of howuch you have paid in since last rest and how many lp you have
Mine's been maxed since 2 days after last reset and I've been asking them to reset it because I don't get all the benefits I pay for but thats not gonna happen.

nope. They went 8 months between resets which means i went 8 months without some of my benefits. They just say too bad when you bring up the issue.

I don't understand, why none of the officials simply posts a "No, sorry, bad luck." but instead only disregard my question in both places...

That's just annoying.
i made a ticket and asked about it. They thought I was asking about items and not benefits because you're paying for something you are not getting. My card's maxed again so I won't be getting all of the subscription benefits again til they reset again. I wish there was an overflow type benefit.
