The Nostalgic Neela Instructions* are 100csc in the cash shop though are currently priced lower than the csc value (currently 10mill to 100csc), at 8.8mill. The toys are often priced in user shops significantly higher than the instructions (e.g. for the telenine the instructions are currently being priced at 64k, vs the toy at 3mill) but it only costs around 10-200k (depending on what items you get asked for in the quest) to turn nostalgic instructions into the toy at Vanya so it may not actually sell for that increased price, or may take ages to sell. *
