I don't really like doing Drills quests, and I've heard other users express similar feelings. I'm powering through them right now for the achievement, but I skip a lot of them (ex. I can't get Subeku to work on mobile, saheric slide is too frustrating to me).

Further feature ideas
My goal with this proposal is to allow you to:
I'm very open to suggestions on this idea! I just want to improve what I feel is a very tedious quest loop that I have never actually wanted to do, regardless of how good the potential prizes are. And since kumos is attempting to rework quests anyways, I figured it was a good time to propose a change.

Really loving this idea. It sounds almost like a “bingo card” of tasks to do a day. And that sounds so cool! I support your proposed changes.
I’d also love a more varied choice of tasks to do, too. Simple things. Eg. buy from somebody’s shop, like an ha, or post a comment on a profile. Something that encourages more community involvement! ;u;
Not a bad idea! Drills is super random and I despise the genetech combo requests. I second the notion for a bingo card style quest layout. It could be his daily fitness routine for you or something! :P
If you wouldn't mind indulging me here for a second, this is a little idea that popped into my head:
And I also think Drills could use with having some additional tasks added to his current pool:
I agree it would be nice to do different games more.
Full support. I tried some the other day and it was abysmal.
Personally I hate the idea of a bingo card. I don't have time to play the longer Subeta games every day, so right now I can just skip the quest instead of being locked out of a whole set of prizes. Sometimes I'll also skip things like playing Slots until I win some amount of sP, because making no progress for 5+ minutes is no fun.
I understand the point of his quests is to encourage people to play different parts of the site, but if I was to log in a few days in a row and see that my prizes were determined by how much Subeku I could play, or how many sliding puzzles I could complete, or both, I would simply not do his quests at all.
A nice middle ground between 'click one link' and 'spend 20 minutes hunting Leviathans' would be nice. I know which quests right now are quick enough for me to complete and which ones are immediately skippable. Perhaps if we were to go ahead with a bingo card style layout, it could have skips like the Battle Quests? But with some kind of protection so I don't just reroll the same task again lol. I hate rolling the Hustler over and over with my Battle Quest skips.
Hunting for: (It's the only beanbag I need for a full collection!)
Oh I absolutely don't think you should be locked out of all prizes just because you don't want to do some quests! My frustration stems from not knowing whether it will be worth doing drills quests on any particular day - like you said, some days are all subeku, leviathans, etc., and I skip 15+ quests. It feels like my (very limited) time is being wasted, I'm not exploring the site, and it's not fun.
I strongly believe each completed activity should give you a reward. I also agree that the first step to fixing drills quests, with minimal rework, is just to add more variety and possibly remove activities that don't work on mobile.
The goal of the "bingo card" idea would be (1) so you can see what kind of activities you might be expected to do, and (2) to add a "bonus" reward if you do a lot of them! That way players who put in the time (to, ex. win flash games) get rewarded, and users who don't have a lot of time (like me) can glance at the board and quickly complete a few things. But ideally the "bingo" aspect is just an incentive to complete more quests, allowing you to choose to do one or two more difficult activities as well as some simple ones if you know you'll get a chance at a better reward.
Your points made me really think the idea through again, thanks!
