On both mine and my friends phone when we try to access the site, there's an ad showing up that's covering at least 1/3 of the site. They are new to the game and I was hoping to get them into playing, but instead they nearly got taken in by a weird suspicious ad. If there's any way to contain ads so they can't cover the page that way it would be a huge help. Mine is a Samsung Galaxy, and theirs is an iPhone.

I just got two ads that cover the entirety of my iPhone screen. This is extremely offputting as someone who is frequently on Subeta via mobile.

Yeah I stopped visiting subeta on my phone because of the ads that cover literally the whole screen. I wish the layout had built in spots for ads to be, and the fact that the kumos site also does not have them while being built from scratch is concerning.

For example, Flight Rising has built-in spots for a side and bottom banner.

Can you post a picture of what it looks like? I mostly use Subeta on my Galaxy and I only have a small banner ad at the top of the site. I don't think I've seen a large ad like that.

This is typically what it looks like for me, and for a long time it was typically temu ads that were doing it. This is the page where you send a gift to someone, for reference.

I have this exact issue and raised a ticket about it middle of Feb. Apparently it was being flagged with Keith, but I haven't noticed any changes.

As it covers the bulk of the screen and all the navigation links, I found I'd have to zoom out to close the ad tab to be able to navigate round the site. It made it totally unusable and forced me to get a GA to be able to still use the mobile version of the site. It sucks.

I have a subscription, so always have a GA, but I hate the mobile site because it's probably my phone doing it but it randomly refreshes and logs me out, and I can't navigate around the ads to get back in. Chrome on iphone btw (safari is a piece of shit lol idk if that does it or not).

My GA expired and I notice this is still happening. should this perhaps be moved to the Bugs forum? Surely this can’t be an intended feature for the ads to make the site near unusable?

It’s literally unusable and blocks the navigation. You try to scroll or zoom it blocks even more.

GA expired again. This is still an issue. Makes the site unusable on mobile.

I agree there should be something done! I get having ads to support Subeta, but it's ridiculous to have to not use a page because an ad or two are blocking important links or content! xP Maybe they can move them to the side to be less invasive or something?

Having the same issue not being able to log back in, because everything is covered with an ad!
