I earned the Candy Hearts Achievement and its not clickable, showing as still locked as if unearned, Checked to see if it was a bug, it must me - because I went and also earned the Subeta Anniversary Border, and that also is subsequently still locked (also as if unearned) Thanks for your time!

I'm having this issue with the Tempest storm border and also the candy heart one. Got the event and the achievement but the border is still locked.

I too am having this problem but with the Blushing flower Wreath
