Wasn't sure where to put this, but I just opened some new year giftbags and the 2012 balloons aren't wearable, when all the other balloons are. I was wondering if there was a reason or if it was just decided for this years not to be wearable c:

Yeahhh, same here! I was kinda hoping it would be wearable!

I was surprised that they had no use.I do get tired of wearable balloons but I wouldn't mind if they were given some kind of use.A toy at least.
