i SWEAR there's an item (non-CW) that's just the strap of a mary jane shoe, so you can add it onto other shoes to make them look like mary janes. like this but without the shoe, only the strap part:

and it came in multiple different colors. however i have scoured the feet, ankle, and leg layers, searching things like strap, buckle, ribbon, mary... and can't find a single hint of this thing existing. i did find these:

but i'm remembering something that laid across the top of the foot like an actual shoe strap, not wrapped around the ankle. did i totally make this up?

i have those too but they're not what i had in mind. pretty sure i must have imagined the whole thing lol.
