I am tier 12. I would like something similar that is a little better, ideally with some healing, chance to freeze or with freeze protection. If there was something that had all 3, that would be perfect (I'm sure this doesn't exist). Should also have some decent defense and at least 35 icons. Price shouldn't be crazy. I have an Ether and Sentinal as well.

I saw the Sierrac Basal Ice Flail. Was going to try to get one from the battle loot, when the challenger is available from the cash shop. Corrupted Shadow Sword looks good, also.
