Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but a friend and I experienced the inability to use the actual resubmission page when resubmitting a CW after a denial. We have to click "create a new CW" and select "this is a resubmission!" in order for the page to work.

When using the original resubmission page, it says "error: validation dimensions."

The resubmissions page copies almost all the text for you, the releaser. The button to submit simply did nothing at the bottom of the page.

Using the "create a new CW" one should take care to be exact, or it can result in another denial.
