Create option to remove HA border

Before the cosmetic section moved to Kumos, if you didn't want a border around your HA, you had the option to remove it. I'm very disappointed that this is no longer an option. If I knew that, I would never have chosen a border because I'm forever stuck switching it up.
It would be nice if we can have that NONE option again, as it's not fair.

Keith is working on making a small black border, but the option to not have a border isn't going to be available iirc.
I know people were discussing it when it moved to Kumos, but yeah.
I thought this went out a bit ago, sorry about that! Just decided that it's not worth fussing over, and that a little bit of misalignment isn't unusual for subeta -- so you can click your avatar again to remove the border!
