Small talk and chatting is permitted, so long as they are constructive and not spammy in nature (i.e. posting only for increasing count, bumping threads, or random unrelated responses).
Topics can be made for chat between groups of friends, but must be open to anyone to post in.

Note: All forum threads have a 1,000 post limit. When a thread has reached 1,000 posts, it will automatically be closed/locked and have the message, "This post is locked! This thread has reached over 1,000 posts! It's time to start a new one." If a thread has been automatically closed/locked due to reaching the 1,000 post limit, a new one may then be created.
