• PG-13 Rating: All images and content on site must adhere to this rating and must not break the Subeta Terms and Conditions. No detailed nudity however, mild gore is allowed. If posting an image(s)/graphics with potentially triggering content, such as violence or gore, the content should be linked with a warning provided.

NOTE:The profiles and graphics forum is not for the selling, buying, discussing or requesting of any hand/tablet-drawn artwork or real-world creations. Those would go into the Art and Creativity forum.

Profile and Graphics Accessories

• All selling, buying, giving, auctioning, and discussing of user profiles, pet profiles, and graphics belong solely in this forum.

• All selling, buying, giving, auctioning, and discussing of pet profiles and their accessories also goes into this forum. This includes, overlays, pet buttons, and any other pet profile related accessories.

Pet Overlays

• You are allowed to use a custom image representing your pet to overlay on the original pet image as long as the pet’s name, true color, species, gender, and owner are still visible and not misrepresented in any way.

• Misrepresenting any details, including stats, is not allowed. That is, overlays are allowed as long as any textual details are not covered, and current, unaltered official art is not used. These rules also apply to minion and treasure chest overlays as well.

• You may remove/hide your pets’ battle stats however, you cannot give your pet fake stats that they do not have. ….i.e. you may not state your pet is a level 100, when in actuality they are a level 5.

Do Not Claim Others’ Pets As Your Own

• The use of “fake pets” on user/pet profiles, whether you state the pet is fake or not, is not allowed… i.e. you may not display pets that you yourself do not own on site and claim them as your own.

• Fake pets are not allowed as they misrepresent the true owner, and create confusion amongst users of the site. They also unfairly claim another user’s hard work on their pets as their own.

• You may have links to friends’ pets on your pet profiles if you desire, as long as their pets are their own.

Buying/Selling Rules

• You may not buy, sell, give, profiles or graphics that you yourself did not create. That is, you may not post graphics that you did not create and claim them as your own. This includes A.I. generated works. All works must be created by you, including profile codings as well. Any violation of this rule will result in disciplinary action.

NOTE: Edits or re-colors of Subeta Pets or human avatars are exceptions to the rule that everything must be created by yourself and not someone else.

• You are allowed one type of open topic at a time. This means you may have one buying and selling topic open at the same time, but not two selling topics at the same time. This still applies, even if the topics are two different types, such as one selling profiles and one selling pet overlays or buttons. However, once a topic has reached the second page, you can request to have it locked and re-post it again after it has been locked.

• All threads have a 1,000 post limit and will be locked automatically once they hit that limit. If your post is locked due to hitting the 1,000 post limit, you may create a new one before the locked topic has reached the second page. Additionally, there is a six-month necro limit for all topics on site as well. If your post reaches the 6 month limit without any/additional posts before that limit, it may be locked and a new one re-posted.

• If you request a commission from another and they finish it, you must pay, even if you no longer want it at that time. If you decide you no longer want it, you must let the artist/graphic designer/coder of profile, etc... know before they actually finish.

Auctions/Contests

• All auctions and contests for services rendered, art, profile and graphics, etc. must have a clearly defined set of rules and a solid end date not exceeding three months from the date of initial post or announcement. Once completed, all prizes or rewards must be distributed within one month, failure to do so will be considered and treated as scamming.

• There is a 325 height and 450 pixel width limit for all images on site and a 5MB pixel limit for all animations. Do Not Post images exceeding these limits; any images or animations found to be violating this rule will be cleared or edited by staff.

• If you must post an image exceeding this limit, you must link to it using scode.

Profile and Graphics Discussion

• You may also discuss your profiles, and graphics in this forum as well. Be it asking for any critiques, discussing and showing off improvements, showing off graphics and profiles, etc. As stated previously, all work must be your own creation. You may not post any graphics you did not create and claim it as your own.

• Critiquing of any profiles or graphics should be kept constructive. Saying that a graphic or a profile sucks without giving an explanation or reason why is not acceptable. Instead, include a reason why and how it may be improved upon. [b] For example: Don't just say a profile/graphic sucks, but say, there could be an improvement on this part here( the graphic is too blurry, the overlay is good, but this way might add more depth, etc.. as an example) and give a reason/explanation why.
