I'm trying to purchase CSC to buy a Gold Account Medal for my Hubby (Manic) for Christmas.

I haven't bought CSC for quite a long time but I used to use Paypal which was simple. Now if I go via Cash Shop>Gold Accounts>Get CSC! I get the 'unable to process Paypal payments at the moment' message.

If I go via Cash Shop>Get CSC it takes me to kumos.subeta.net/cash-shop/credits it asks for my login info. I'm already logged into subeta.net, but I add my login details and my password is continually rejected.

Is this an ongoing problem, or am I just missing something that has changed? Thanks for any help.

u may have to send a reset password email from Kumos and then set ur password on Kumos to ur password on Subeta to get into Kumos

That did cross my mind, but I did that in April so didn't think that would be the problem now. I'll give it a try though, thank you.
