soooo i dont know if i have just the worst luck ever or if i have some sort of glitch or what. ive been trying to unlock blood bat from the pumpkin patch for 8 years now. either this is rediculously rare for a ezpz enemy or its messed up. idk. if it is just stupidly rare because theres been too many items added to the loot cycle could more things trigger unlocking this?

Im kinda wondering if they retired it and never said? other than the it says how to get him is random, I wasnt aware of an exact method on how to obtain him, seems youve just been extremely unlucky in encountering if they didnt retire

I now he disappears from the list when Rouland pops up though

hopefully it can be confirmed and looked at if it is far rarer than it should be. if its not retired its been too many years dry and this is getting old >.<
