Okay, I must be the dumbest person on Subeta, because I have no idea about all the art stuff on here. But I would like to start by doing up my pets profiles, and stories ect. But I would love to know exactly how to do this? Do I have to know how to program stuff to put in the story amongst all the custom CSC.

And what are custom pets?

I would also like to know what quads and overlays are..

You can commission someone to make a profile for you if you don't know how to do the coding. They would probably leave a space marked with something like STORY HERE where you can copy and paste the story.

An overlay is art of your pet that covers the site pet art. Custom pets have overlays that everyone on site can see wherever your pet appears, and they cost 500 CSC to have. You can have just a plain overlay on your profile without paying though (and you can put in custom CSS to make it appear for you, almost everywhere if you wanted)

That, I don't know sorry. I haven't started putting profiles together for my pets yet, the most I've got is rough ideas for stories for most, and I've started collecting some TC items but I really haven't put a lot of work into them yet. You would have to check out some commission threads in Profiles & Graphics and check out the prices there. And I believe a quad is just like a four-legged character, I'm not really sure how to explain it better so I hope that helps :x
