New users don't give items when you ToT

Hello! I finally managed to convince my sister to join Subeta (yaaay!), which she did today, after Morostide started.
Interestingly, when I go to Trick or Treat her, I get the following error:
You knock on Sciatica's Door and get: Item not found: You have 0 hours 10 minutes and 37 seconds remaining until you can trick or treat again!
I imagine this may be because of how the house groupings were determined this year and her acct not yet existing when the grouping happened. I don't know if this is a bug as such given the account didn't exist to be sorted prior to Morostide, but I figured the "Item not found:" bit may be an error.
I use Windows 11 and visit Subeta with Google Chrome. It's happened three times now and I've been able to confirm no items have been added to my inventory. Thank you!
I use Firefox and windows 10 at this time and this is what I got just now

I got the same thing, also with 13m0n5.
🌈 I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days sneak up on me at once 🌈
I went ahead and let Keith know this is still an issue. Hopefully he will be able to take a look before the end of Morostide.

I just now had this happen to me for the first time while random ToT'ing. The user in question joined less than a day ago.
