Me! Me! I am also jealous! I bought whatever item it was that helps you get an event and I thought it was a 100% drop from that. Nope. Then I've had random events occur naturally and thought it must be a high percent because of the holidays. Nope. I've seen her more than ever now and still no cookie. :(

I haven't got the event at all, and spent over 50 mil in SP on rods ;A;

I've literally only ever gotten tempest, like, three times? And I do a nonzero amount of RSing. Maybe that's on me for scrolling down to the lower list items and hitting back and being on mobile, yadda yadda, but I've been more careful lately and still no luck
