This year I finally bought the mothman poncho with hood I've wanted so I'm dressing up as Mothmom and my offspring shall be a Jackalope.

I already have his bunny outfit (Amazon Easter onesie) and added antlers (hair clips attached to the ears)

I've been thinking about something simple for my hubby to wear for photos but I can't think of an easy cryptid to toss on him. He isn't into Halloween like me and thinks I'm ridiculous for dressing my baby up and taking him out with his cousin but everyone knows the first Halloween is for the parents anyway lol

I'm broke as a joke so I'm thinking of just getting a really pale foundation and some black mascara and eyeshadow and just trying to do skeleton make up even tho I have never done makeup before in my life beyond dressing up as a dog as a child lmao

Matching family cryptid costumes sounds adorable, if you want something low effort for your husband you could get a giant white pair of sweat pants, hike them up to his shoulders, add a bald cap and paint his head white and you got yourself a fresno nightcrawler

Super low effort could also just be using eyeliner to draw cat nose and whiskers and just wear a big hat to "hide your ears" xD

You could also just darken your eyes and draw a stitch smile, really just need eyeliner or eyeliner and eyeshadow for that. Less artistic skill needed unless you want.
