So just randomly page surfing for events on Subeta, I received a notice stating... "You've earned the Raffle Winner! achievement!"

but I don't know any more about this. What raffle? I can't even find the achievement under my personal>achievements and going through the lists? Is this an error?

Hi! This achievement is earned by gaining forum tickets for posting on forums. You gain these tickets randomly, the more you post, more you can get. Sometimes you get the event "You got a forum point while making a post! Check out the shop here!" sometimes it miss (I think).
