This took much longer to get up than I anticipated, but it's now merged into production!

The sidebar is now able to be configured on kumos.subeta.net, including adding and removing widgets. Each widget has the option to have separate configuration (e.g. events, which you can choose the number of events to display)

The widgets available are limited for now, but I'll be adding more over the next week.
