Although it may seem early it really isn't, there only a few short months to Morostide. A holiday for candy, Candy, CANDY! Ok, yes there is more to it but candy! Here is the place to leave all those requests and ideas.
Morostide happens in October and before Fireside so there is always a limit on how long it can run since they as far as I can remember have never overlapped holidays.
If you enjoy the spooky and sweet things in life this is the holiday for you!
Themes include
-Candy so much candy
-Trick or Treating
-Shadowglen
-Face paint/ Makeup
-Rag dolls
-Witches, Werewolves, Vampires and other traditional Halloween monsters
-Pumpkins this isn't the holiday that focuses on them but the are floating around
-Nightmare pet color
-and random references to popular fandoms (usually these come from suggestions)
The color scheme for this holiday has included varies some sets have a more drab color scheme and other are very bright. If you want a specific color scheme make it part of your request.
One last note whether you post or not if you see an idea you like don't forget to give the post a heart. I'm reasonably certain they pay attention to which ideas are getting the most attention. Though that doesn't guarantee anything.
!!! Important Tips for Morostide !!!
The items from last year will retire get them quick!
If you have ever seen the skins in the wardrobe and wanted them this is one of the holidays for collecting them. Visit the human zapper to collect them. It will cost wizard tokens so DO YOUR WIZARD QUESTS. For a little extra you can guarantee you get a skin you don't already have other wise it is all up to chance. If you don't have any of them or not many I would recommend the gamble at least at first.
This tips covers two holidays. During Morostide pumpkins float around for you to carve. Whether you want to carve them or not pick them up because the holiday Fireside uses them. If you don't already have them when Fireside begins you will have to buy them because they won't be floating around anymore.
When the holiday begins there will be a thread, sometimes more than one, that will show the items being given out sorted by the groups giving them out. Usually these groups are based on the month you joined. If you are quick enough or from a rarer month you can request to be put on the trick or treat list on the thread and people will trick or treat at your place more often. Every so many visits to your door will grant you one of the items you are giving out. In the past it has been every 5 visits. This means the easiest items to collect should be the ones from whichever group you are in.

The suggestions thread for Keel Haul is also up if you have any ideas for that hauliday. If anyone can remind me I know there are items that help with pumpkin patch luck and trick or treating but I can't remember the details since I just add them to my HA and move on. I want to add the information to my tips for anyone who may be new or just hasn't been paying attention in the past.

Also a corn maze background? We have that have corn fields (well, one with a corn field and one with the remnants of a corn field) but neither is really a maze

Holding out for Baldurs Gate/Dragon Age items. Demons, darkspawn, blighted creatures. spirits. I would absolutely love an Alistair, Gale, and Solas ragdoll. I'm so excited to see him again.
Food: I saw some image from last year (I think?) of a joke candy bowl filled with raw hotdogs. For some kind of weird food maybe like loaded monster themed hotdogs. Spooky dinner plates. Slice and bake cookies that have the shapes in them. Mothman gingerbread.
Candy: Hard sugar candy. Like jolly ranchers but in shapes. Candy glass shards? Rock candy dice?
I still want the Curious Little Dolls to have parts and pieces.

Morostide has had lots of facial feature wearables in the past so: -Layerable wrinkles (might also be good for new years) -Eyebags
Some non wearable ideas -Jack o lantern fruit cups xX -There's apparently a type of mushroom called the jack-o'-lantern mushroom xX and they are bioluminescent (they are however poisounous)
i would love love love to see more cryptid and paranormal items! beast of bray road, sls cameras, different aliens like the grays, green, praying mantis ones, reptilian people or mad scientist items, (biased because of my gallery lol) i know you guys already have a few, but more please

Don't know if Dungeon Meshi is super well-known yet, but maybe we could get Laios or Chilchuck for rag dolls? 🙏

I'd still like to see an Owl House character or two as a rag doll. And some other items based on it as well. It's a show with a spooky aesthetic and lots of creepy moments, so Morostide would be the perfect event to introduce items that reference it. And it would also be good to use for references to magic schools from now on rather than a certain other series.

Some Beetlejuice refs could be fun, with the new movie coming out!
I'd love to see classic movie monster costumes as well, maybe in different colored sets? Or a movie monster dress and the different colors are named for monsters? Maybe i'm geting a little monster high haha

Ahhhh how did it take me this long to realise? There could be a Long Lurby based on Hooty! That must be why I found the Long Lurbies so amusing even though I never really had a Furby toy! I must have subconsciously noticed the similarities in appearances.

I know this is mostly for items but I just bumped my thread about this, but for visibility:
Can we please get the Human Zapper to rollover at midnight rather than be on a timer this year? The alert has been broken for some time, making it hard to effectively zap for skins in such a limited timeframe
How about a wedding? Specifically Jaxon and Ian's.
I've wanted that for years. But the staff said they wanted to do a big event out of it. That was back when they'd only just become short-staffed, though, and didn't know how long that would be for, so they might have changed their minds by now. A smaller event (maybe a forum thread like Esther and Emma's wedding was) or just a news post about it with maybe a one-off event like giving out certain items through Quentin's quests or something would be nice.

some kind of companion (wearable or not, i think they'd make cute minions if they're not already) to the imp dolls: another set of legs/arms in the vein of these:
