I was recently told I maxed out the number of Loyalty Points I could receive even after buying a number of CSC last month (I can't remember how much) and 4200 more yesterday. I still only have 1 LP. So frustrating! At this time you can fill 2 cards per period (How long is that?) for a total of 120 LP per period. Can this be addressed somehow? Maybe just have additional cards, just duplicating the same ones as needed, until the new ones come out? I don't understand why only 2 cards. Is there some kind of reason for that? I don't mean to be bitchy or whatever, I just feel penalized over an arbitrary limit amount. Esp dealing with buying CSC.The Loyalty points are a real perk for me. It seems like I'm being punished for buying CSC instead of it being an incentive. :(

not sure about all the other stuff, but I know in order to 'collect' your points you have to visit the reward card page(not sure if youve done that)

(Love your name!) I just did again and it says I am level 20 and I have 1 LP. I just think we should have the cards duplicating so we can fill them if we run over like I have. By the time another new card is put in, the CSC I bought will not count and it will be all I can afford to buy. Idk how long it has been just 1 LP but feels like a month at least.

I think someone on subetas discord helped me find it a few weeks ago, because I was asking the same question xD (I feel embarrassed, because I can’t remember the second person -sorry if your reading this 😅 was it ?- first was ) They told me I think that it’s every 4-5 months a new one comes out.

I do wish there were more cards. I’m not sure if it’s something to do with keeping the sp prices of the items in the Loyalty shop at a certain amount or what 🤷‍♀️

Yes that could be. Just seems because its a 'Loyalty' perk we should have new cards more often or add more cards.

I actually went through and made note of the reward card dates just before the last one was released. The reward card page states a new card will be released "every three months or so" and you can see below that it's mostly "or so".
